I was here on vacation and felt so welcomed in this store. I had two people help me, both were very kind. I didn’t catch one of their names but the person I had asked to get something on a high shelf was Alex. He was so accommodating and kind. It felt like he really wanted to be there to support my shopping experience. Just a really genuine and kind person. This store is very lucky to have him.

I just started a 75 gallon aquarium and they know exactly what they're doing with a large inventory of fish and equipment and will even work with you on knowledge to expedite cycling the tank naturally!!!! Shout out to Derek, Alex and North carlonia (Nick) and Shawn(stick talk) !!!! Profesional and experienced staff as well as proper inventory with pricing that is not egregious money well spent !!!!

Pet Supermarket in Leesburg has big store selection with a friendly small town vibe. They always have what I'm looking for and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's a great pet store and they have a dog wash area for you to wash your pups yourself!!

Went to buy a specific hamster cage… there was one left in stock but the box and bags were opened….Big thank you to Derick for taking the time to assemble the cage to make sure all the pieces were still included. Great customer service. Thanks again, Derick!

I was there today. Not busy. Looking for wet cat food. Clean. Nice environment. Had what I was looking for. The pets I saw there in clean cages. My gator neighbor would be proud of me buying a Gator pet ID tag
